Responsible for the D&M Phase CAMM Seeker Bid as member of the overall CAMM/FLAADS bid team. This includes generation of plans, organisation, OBS, WBS, documentation, programme and ultimately approved E01s for the whole Seeker programme as per the bid team requirements and top level proposal. Responsible for collation and identification of all CAMM/FLAADS Seeker Bid deliverables and interfaces with the overall munition system and programme.

Liaison with all support groups, e.g. MTD, ETD, SW, Ops, SD, Envtl etc. to communicate programme requirements, interfaces, deliverables etc. and collate resulting E01s against approved work statements.

Ensure all Seeker Risks, Opportunities, Assumptions, Deliverables and Interfaces are understood at the bid team level and appropriate account is taken thereof.
Reporting to the bid team manager, SD Head and Head of CAMM Seeker

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be a good written and verbal communicator at all levels of skill and understanding in a wide variety of technology and experience. Must be well organised and disciplined to bring together the wide ranging inputs and outputs that will need to be generated, approved and collated as part of the bid.
Knowledge of long term development programmes leading to production. Understanding of all project development and Ops tasks activities and inter-relationships.
Should have a prime background and understanding of Missile/Seeker Technology development.
