A local council in Middlesex is seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage the strategy for the development of a social enterprise incorporating a horticulture day and employment service currently run by the borough. This modernisation programme will change the way services are delivered to adults with learning difficulties.
Essential:

• Track record of 3 years in project management.
• Show evidence of delivery projects on time to cost, quality and achieving agreed outcomes.
• Knowledge of working in a social enterprise.
• Evidence of successfully bidding for and obtaining funding from a variety of sources.
• Understanding the needs of people with learning disabilities and associated mental health issues.
• Experience of working with local authorities.
• Knowledge of the current policy agenda for community based and voluntary sector organisations.
