Are you highly motivated, well organised and interested in managing a new pilot programme to support employed graduate trainees attain a Masters level social work qualification?

This exciting and unique post will support the West Midlands Regional Partnership (Coventry CC, Solihull MBC and Warwickshire CC) deliver the Children’s Workforce Development Council’s, ‘Step Up to Social Work’ Programme for up to 12 trainee social workers. The post holder will work in partnership with university providers and local authorities to ensure the trainees are supported with required learning opportunities in work-based settings across the 3 Authorities.

Interview date: week commencing 19th July 2010.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointments to
these posts will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via The Criminal Records Bureau.
