Teachers in mainstream education rarely have the time or resources to meet the emotional and behavioural needs of their students in the way that an Education Centre can. An encouraging, small and well-resourced provision can support pupils and make a difference. If you are strong-minded and emotionally resilient, you will find this job extremely fulfilling.
We are looking for talented teachers to help our pupils turn a negative experience of education into a positive one and to move on to a successful future.
You will need to have good ICT skills and a good understanding of the needs of pupils with social/emotional and behavioural difficulties. We need good humoured self-starters with initiative and good team work skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure and work flexibly.
