Age Concern Andover and District (ACAD) is looking for someone who has the skill and experience to:

• ensure that we continue to provide quality services to the older communities of Andover and the 40 villages which surround it.
• achieve funding targets necessary to sustain those services in an increasingly difficult funding world.
• help us publicise the successful work done by 5 staff and over 60 volunteers.
  sensitively lead staff and volunteers through difficult financial times.

The Chief Officer will be based in our offices in the centre of Andover, and will need frequent access to personal transport.

The contract offered is for 24 hours per week, and will initially be for one year pending confirmation of future funding.
