TPS are currently seeking a ‘Business Case Manager’ for a 6 month contract with a Public Sector client based in central London.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice to project and programme teams and take responsibility for the full life-cycle of the business case. Additionally, you will:
- Work closely with project teams and sponsors to define and develop case specific requirements
- Ensure alignment of business cases with the ‘Green Book Five’ case model
- Liaise with various business units and directorates to develop the various economic, financial and case elements
- Facilitate the approval of the business case by relevant boards and support the presentation of business cases
- Provide ongoing advice to support the business case development process
- Act as a business case subject matter expert within the directorate, coaching and mentoring colleagues wherever possible
The ideal applicant will have prior relevant experience within the Public Justice sector and:
- An understanding or practical experience of the construction and maintenance industry
- Experience defining, developing and implementing strategic, financial and commercial business cases
- Be proactive, persuasive, driven and resilient
- An exposure to working alongside Capital Programmes
- Formal line/project management experience
- Have worked with the ‘Green Book Five’ case model previously
Additionally, you should be at least Enhanced CRB cleared or happy to apply for clearance.
