You’ll provide the information our customers need to make the best choices of products and services, and resolve queries, referring to the Pharmacist when necessary.

You’ll ensure compliance with the code of ethics, professional standards, relevant legislation and company procedures, to deliver required standards of clinical governance. You’ll work within agreed protocols to deliver timely and accurate checking of prescriptions, and meet target compliance with DDE standards.

You’ll lead the dispensing activities accurately and safely, protecting confidentiality, so that the prescription is delivered according to customer needs.
